“Not all who wander are lost” said J.R.R. Tolkien
And indeed, after wandering around the globe and conquering the summit of Mont Blanc, Sarit rolled from the Alps into Provence and said ‘it was good’.
An avid hiker, celebrated screenwriter & storyteller, and a historical researcher, her expertise lays in investigating micro-histories of buildings and houses. A digital marketing professional for the past 15 years, she decided to get off her computer and do what she loves doing since her happy college days at Penn – get lost in culture, history, natural and urban beauty.
Fifteen years of trails in the mountains, valleys, vineyards and beaches of Provence. Small and large ports, secret coves, adventures in the wind, at sea and underground. Fascinating encounters, amusing stories, divine food, and wine that makes everyone forget everything.
Sarit lives in a medieval village in Provence with her two restless children and a badly scratched Peugeot.
